1. Introduction

Welcome to Chhuar (chhuar.com). By accessing our website, purchasing products, or registering as a vendor, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Chhuar is a digital platform owned and operated by Siruk Consultancy, based in Aizawl, Mizoram.

2. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

3. Purchases and Payment

• Pricing: All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Payment: We accept payments via Razorpay. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information.
• Digital Products: E-books and digital content are strictly for personal use. Redistribution, piracy, sharing, or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account ban and legal action.

4. Vendor & Author Agreement

• Content Ownership: You retain copyright of your work. You grant Chhuar a non-exclusive license to display, sell, and distribute your content.
• Royalties: Royalties are calculated based on net sales as per agreed rates.
• Settlements: Payouts are processed upon request, subject to a minimum withdrawal threshold of ₹500.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Physical Books: Returns are accepted within 7 days only for damaged or incorrect items.
• Digital Products: All sales of E-books are final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Siruk Consultancy and Chhuar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aizawl, Mizoram.
